Grounds
- Overseeing the trimming, cutting, weeding, re-seeding, fertilizing and watering of all lawns and beds to keep them neat and green.
- Supervise the edging of all lawns at walks and beds.
- Supervising the fertilizing areas when recommended for proper health growth.
- Supervise the fertilizing of plants to protect from insects, etc.
- Supervise the application of wed control and when and where necessary.
- Keep all lawn areas clean to insure healthy lawns.
- Supervise the trimming and maintaining of bedding plants to protect plant life.
Exterior Ground Surfaces
- Clean common parking areas, sidewalks, walkways, exterior steps, curbs, ramps, play and recreation areas in accordance with past practices.
- Automobiles bearing identification stickers as authorized by the property manager in accordance with past practices.
- Delineate and mark parking spaces, handicapped spaces, no parking areas, fire zones, and other specially designated areas, in accordance with past practices.
